KYC Means ‘Know Your Customer’
To be licensed for mobile money transactions on ChapChap, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting the following:
1.Phone number registered in your name (as per your National ID)
2.Picture of your original National ID (front and back)
3.Selfie and a full photo of you holding your National ID
4.Clear photo of your business structure (not your home)
5.L.C 1 introduction letter that includes your NIN, with two official stamps: One on the chairman’s signature -One over your passport photo
6.Clear photo taken in front of or inside your shop
