How do l recover my account if l lost the number l used during registration.

You can recover your Chap Chap account even if you’ve lost the phone number used during registration. To do this:
1.Share a new phone number that is registered in your name (as per your National ID) with the Support Team — either:
-On chat in your app (on the PIN page if you are logged out), or
-Through chat with us in the app if you are logged in.
2.Once the number is updated, you can log in with the new number as your ChapChap account number.
