If you forget or lose your PIN or password, you can easily reset it to regain access to your account.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
Open your Chap Chap app, then click login
2. Enter your Chap Chap number.
3. Then select reset password. An email will be sent to your email address.
5. Log in to your Email & select spam folder search for an email from Chap Chap
6. Click enter on the link in the email (the link is blue and starts with https:)
7. Enter your new password in the first space
8. Enter your new password again in the confirm the new password space & click reset.
Open the app again, click on login, enter your ChapChap number and then the new password
The steps to reset PIN are: –
Open the ChapChap app and click on “Login”.
Enter your ChapChap number.
Click on “Reset PIN” (words underlined in red).
An OTP will be sent to the number you registered on ChapChap (make sure you have access to it).
Enter and confirm your new PIN
Open the app again, Click on login, enter your ChapChap number, and then your new pin.
