KYC stands for “Know Your Customer.” It refers to the documentation required to help Chap Chap verify your identity and know you better as an agent.
To access all Chap Chap services, you must submit your KYC documents during registration in the app.
If submission through the app fails, please share your KYC documents via in-app chat, and the Support Team will upload them through the back end and proceed to license your account.
