This message means your ChapChap account is not yet licensed to access mobile money services. It may occur for the following reasons:
- You need to submit your KYC documents so your account can be licensed.
- You have already submitted your KYC documents, and they are under review by the licensing team. Once approved, your account will be licensed, and you’ll gain full access to mobile money services.
Note:
KYC submission is a mandatory regulatory requirement. Without it, your account cannot be licensed.
