Open your ChapChap application.
Select the ADD FLOAT icon.
The network of the number you registered will be displayed (e.g., MTN or Airtel, as you can only add float from the number you registered on ChapChap).
Enter your phone number and the desired amount.
Select “Continue” and enter your Mobile Money PIN to authorize the payment.
Note: Adding float using Mobile Money incurs transaction fees (charges and taxes) from the telecom. It’s not advisable to use this method to add float as it is expensive except if it is the only option as at that time.
