Ask them to check their telecom mini statement to confirm if funds went through:
📱 MTN: 165*8*4*1 # → Enter PIN
📱 Airtel: 185*10*4 # → Enter PIN
If the payment appears on their statement, Chap Chap will reverse it back to your float automatically.
