This can happen for a few reasons:
1️⃣ Your account may not be licensed — please share all KYC details for licensing.
2️⃣ Your account might be blocked — reach out to our support team for help.
3️⃣ It could be a device issue — try a device change or self-Device update your app.
4️⃣ Or a phone issue — go to Settings → Apps → ChapChap → Storage, then tap Clear Cache & Clear Data, and try again.
