This can happen for a few reasons:
1️⃣ Your account may not be licensedplease share all KYC details for licensing.
2️⃣ Your account might be blocked reach out to our support team for help.
3️⃣ It could be a device issue try a device change or self-Device update your app.
4️⃣ Or a phone issuego to Settings → Apps → ChapChap → Storage, then tap Clear Cache & Clear Data, and try again.
