Before you do a self-device update, make sure you have:
1. Access to your registered email on Chap Chap, because it is where the OTP is sent to.
2.You have the correct date of birth as shared when registering on Chap Chap
3.You have the correct NIN number as shared when registering on the APP.
4.You are aware of the last transaction you did on the APP.
(Get at least 3 questions correct and you will pass the verification)
However, if you have exceeded the device limit; make sure you:
1.Share your float balance
2.share the device name (type of phone) you are changing to.
3.Share the last transaction
And the update will be done for you by the support team.
