How it works:
Log in on a new device

When you Tap “Add Device” at the PIN screen
Then ; 
OTP is sent to your registered email on the APP  
✔ Enter NIN  
✔ Enter your DOB or last transaction If verified, device is added, and you can continue to login
Important to note:
Maximum of 2 devices per agent allowed.
OTP & NIN must be correct
If registered email access is lost, please contact Support to assist.

NB: This is only possible for agents who have Android version 7.0 and above. Those whose android version is 6 and below are not able to do the change on their own.
